All the forces of darkness cannot stop what God has ordained, Isaiah 4:27.
Nothing in this world is more powerful than the perfect will of God. No man, or country, or army can thwart what God has ordained.
His purpose is steadfast. His love for us eternal. God’s power transcends all else. There is nothing on this earth, above or below it, that God is not the author of. He has ordained the order of our lives. Therefore, from our first breath to our last, His purpose is revealed.
In God’s hands are power and might that none can withstand, 2 Chronicles 20:6.
We may stumble and falter. At times, we may turn away from Him. Our focus may become distorted and clouded by the trappings of this world. We may grow arrogant in our self righteousness and bold in the pursuit of our own desires. Yet, at no time does our will supersede the will of God.
Fear may overtake us. Storms may threaten us. Darkness may rise and close in around us. Yet, nothing can stop what God has ordained.
His purpose prevails.
Be strong. Have courage. Cling to faith.
As children of God, we are called to cling to what is good, Romans 12:9. As soldiers of Christ, we will endure hardship, 2 Timothy 2:3. Yet, God does not abandon or forsake us, John 14:18. In His name, we are called to be free, Galatians 5:13.
Know, without question, that the Lord fights for us, Exodus 14:14. Equally important, believe without doubting, that if we walk in the light of Christ we have fellowship with one another, 1 John 1:7.
Most of all, seek God’s help and be encouraged, Psalm 69:32. Indeed, the nations are but men, Psalm 9:20, but the love of God endures forever, Psalm 136.
